Patient Information
Visiting the dentist should feel simple.
Here’s what you need to know before your appointment.
			Insurance
We accept patients covered under the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). Our office follows a non-assignment policy, which means payment is made on the day of your visit. Your insurance company then reimburses you directly. If you’re unsure how this works with your plan, our front desk staff can walk you through the steps.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For larger treatment plans, payments can sometimes be divided into three monthly installments using post-dated credit card payments. We’ll review these details with you before treatment begins.

			Forms
New patients are asked to complete medical history and consent forms. These are available online so you can fill them out ahead of time. Paper forms are also available if you prefer.
Policies
Appointments are booked with your time in mind. If you need to change or cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
Treatment recommendations are based on your oral health, not on insurance coverage. Patients are responsible for fees at the time of service, regardless of insurance.
