Toronto Dentist, Dr. Zadeh, and her highly energized team of dentists and staff, at Downtown Dental Associates are passionate about improving the oral health of our patients. We focus our energy upon our patients in a clear, impartial and patient-centric manner, while developing and maintaining long-term relationships with all of our clients. Our Doctors
Dr. Kilislian
Dr. Kilislian received her DMD from Tufts university school of dental medicine located in Boston MA in 1995. Two years later she completed a specialist degree in endodontics. In 1997 Dr. Kilislian joined a large group of Specialists in Endodontics located in Toronto’s financial district as well as Yorkville.
Dr. Kilislians belief is that all patients have a right to specialized endodontic treatment regardless of their financial situation. Dr. Kilislian treats all patients including government assistance patients, patients with disabilities and patients requiring various forms of sedation. She is the clinical director of the practice and has multiple associates in her practices. Dr. Kilislian is available 24 hours a day to answer any patient concerns or dental emergency.
Dr. Kilislian lectures on advances in endodontic surgery to various members of the dental community and does accept referrals from other endodontists. Patients are free to self -refer in the event they feel they may benefit from endodontic treatment or an endodontic consultation.
Dr. Kilislians main interests are in research related to saving the otherwise unsalvageable tooth.

Dr. Yasaman Zadeh
Dr. Zadeh graduated from University of Toronto School of dentistry with honours and has over seven years of experience in various aspects of dentistry. She prides herself in treating patients with respect, care and believes that an effective treatment plan always starts with listening to the patient first.
She has expanded her training since graduation and has extensive continuing education in sedation dentistry for anxious patients, as well as in implant and cosmetic dentistry. She follows the latest trends in dentistry by attending lectures offered by prestigious organizations such as Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI) and numerous others.
Dr. Zadeh’s philosophy is that a healthy mouth is an integral part of a healthy body. She is a dentist who strives to help her patients maintain a beautiful and healthy smile by presenting them with all possible treatment options while offering them her impartial professional opinion.
Dr. Payam Ouyarhossein
Dr. Ouyarhossein received his dental degree in 2005 from Iran with honors and as a top student entered to Periodontics specialty program in 2005. He received his Master of Science (MSc) degree specializing in Periodontology from Iran in 2008 with distinction and joined department of periodontology as an assistant professor. After moving to Canada, he received his second Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in Canada in 2017 and holds a license as a general dentist from The Royal College of Dental Surgeons in Ontario. He brings with him over 10 years of experience in the dental field, both clinically and as an Assistant Professor.
Dr. Ouyarhossein is a general dentist who's scope of care covers dental implants, extractions, gum surgery and much more. His calm demeanor and gentle approach has been very comforting for patients. His main professional goal is to provide excellent patient care while continuing education and staying up-to-date with the latest and greatest in dental care.
Dr. Evelyne Bourrouilh
Dr. Bourrouilh earned a Bachelor of Anatomy at McGill University, followed by a degree in Dentistry while working as a Medical Technologist in Cytogenetics at the Montreal Children’s hospital.
Following graduation in 1987, she completed one year of additional training in a multi-residency clinic at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal, which focused on all aspects of dentistry for medically compromised patients.
After working as a dentist in St. John’s, Newfoundland, she moved to Toronto and established a practice downtown. She is also a member of the Canadian Dental Association, the Ontario Dental Association, and certified with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons.
The foundation of her practice is built on referrals from a satisfied and devoted clientele.
Dr. Bourrouilh believes in delivering dental care to patients with consistency by building a one-on-one relationship. She provides all aspects of general dentistry and looks forward to taking care of your smile.
Dr. Harry Singh
Dr. Singh grew up in Whitby, Ontario. After attending the University of Toronto and earning a degree in chemistry, he moved to Cleveland, Ohio to attend Dental School at Case Western Reserve University. Upon graduation in 1995, he completed a General Practice Residency at St.Luke's Hospital in Cleveland, and then worked in private practice for a few years. In the summer of 1998, Dr. Singh married his wife, and they moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he began the two year Endodontic Specialty Program at Marquette University, graduating from this program in 2000.
Dr. Singh practiced as an Endodontist for 3 years in Concord, NH and then relocated and established his own practice in Rochester, NY in 2004 in order to be closer to family in the Greater Toronto Area. He and his wife have 2 boys and currently reside in Pittsford, NY. Dr. Singh enjoys painting, exercising and all genres of music. He is a current member of the American Dental Association, the American Endodontic Association, the Canadian Dental Association and the Ontario Dental Association.
Nadia - Practice Manager
Hi There! My name is Nadia and I am one of the first faces you see when you walk in to Downtown Dental Associates. I have been in the dental field for over 15 years. I am a graduate with honours from the Level I dental assisting program, and have received a diploma in Dental Practice Management from The University of Toronto. My duties are to make sure I provide the ultimate best customer service and having all of our patients leave with a smile!
Outside of work, I am a new grandmother to a beautiful grandson. In my free time, I also love to go on road trips, cook up some great meals and binge watch TV shows.
Julia - Registered Dental Hygienist
Hello, my name is Julia. I graduated from St.Thomas and Guy's Hospital Dental and Medical School in London, England.
I have been a Dental Hygienist with Downtown Dental since 2005. Over the years I have built a loyal client base who entrust me with their dental health. I always enjoy the interactions with my patients as we often share stories and occasional laughs.
As a Hygienist it's always nice to meet new clients and make people feel comfortable and at ease; especially for those who have dental anxiety.
Away from the office I have two kids in competitive hockey. I have grown to love being a "Hockey Mom" and enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
Meghan- Registered Dental Hygienist
Welcome to our practice! My name is Meghan and I am one of the friendly Registered Dental Hygienist that work at Downtown Dental Associates. I have been a part of the Downtown Dental team since July 2017.
I graduated with honours, from Cambrian College, in 2007 as a Registered Hygienist. Furthering my strong belief and love for education, I then obtained a degree from Brock University in Adult Education and a Masters of Higher Education for Health Professionals from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at University of Toronto.
Many of my friends and clients describe me as bubbly, talkative, and loud! I love cleaning and I have been known to be very thorough and extremely gentle. If you have required numbing during your cleaning in the past, you won’t with me. In addition, if you wish to learn more about any specific dental products, please feel free to ask. I am certain to have an opinion which I am happy to share.
When I am not cleaning teeth I enjoy traveling, hanging out with my dog, and EATING (always open to new restaurant recommendations)!

Farrah - Registered Dental Hygienist
After completing a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Physical Health and Education at the University of Toronto, Farrah found her passion in dentistry and completed the Dental Hygiene diploma program in 2013. Farrah continually seeks to enhance and supplement her knowledge of modern dental procedures and best practices to improve her skills as a clinician. In April 2018, she graduated from the Restorative Dental Hygiene program with Dean’s Honour at George Brown College. She is also an active member of the College of Dental Hygienist of Ontario and Canadian Dental Hygienist Association. Farrah enjoys getting to know her patients and understanding their individual needs. Her approach to patient-clinician relationship emphasizes empathy and transparency. Outside of the office, she is a super mom to two beautiful children and a loving wife to her husband, Joseph. Farrah hopes that her passion, skill, and warmth will make every visit to Downtown Dental Associates comfortable and relaxed.
Elizabeth - Certified Dental Assistant II
I have been with Downtown Dental Associates for 2 years and it has been the most rewarding experience. It has been with great pleasure working side by side with Dr Zadeh as her level 2 dental assistant. I truly love working at Downtown Dental because we really work as a team. I spend all my time away from the office with my husband and loving daughter. My teammates at the office will all tell you that my number 1 hobby is catching up on my movies.
